Reservations

How to make an online reservation?

To make an online reservation just complete and submit the entry form or text us to our Whatsapp number. After that, you will receive a confirmation. We will ask for your flight number to track your arrival.

Should I pay in advance?

There´s no need, we trust our customers as they trust us. You only need to book online. If you travel outside Santiago de Chile we will ask you for a 30% payment in advance.

How far ahead should I book?

There´s no minimun time for booking but we strongly reccomend to book as soon as possible. Make sure that you can get your van!

In the event I will need to cancel a reservation, How is the process?

You can cancel for free or reschedule your booking up to 12 hours before since airlines may change your flight. To ensure an available transport please let us know any change as soon as possible. If you cancel with less tham 12 hours there´s a 50% charge on the agreed price.

Services

Wich are your services?

Our trips must begin and/or end at an airport, hotels, bus terminal or any other destination that passengers require. We do home-to-home transfers, weddings, parties, business events. You can ask about your particular case and without a doubt we can help you.

Do you speak english?

Yes, some of our drivers speaks English or Portuguese language very well.

Are you Pet Friendly?

Yes, we welcome pets and service dogs.

Payment Options

How Can I pay?

We accept all credit and debit cards through Payment Link (Getnet). Payment can also be made by bank transfer. For transfers outside of Santiago, a 5% credit card surcharge applies.

Can I pay with US dollar or other currency?

Yes, in addition to Chilean Pesos we accept Dollars and Euros at the exchange rate in effect on the day of the transfer.

Can I get an invoice for the transfer?

Yes, we provide an invoice for our services.

If I book both my arrival and return should I pay both?

No need to, you can pay each transfer separated. Or both when you return

About the transfer

Can we pick up or drop off passangers in different destinations?

Yes there is no problem. There is no need for everyone to gather in one address. We go door to door both on the way there and back. Depending on the distance between each pickup point and the waiting time of each passenger, additional costs may apply.

Can I bring my own child seat?

Of course, our vans have ISOFIX safety so any seat can be used. We can store your seat without charge as well.

Are your vehicles safe?

We work with very safe vehicles that complies with the highest standars of european safety: ESP, ABS, Airbags. All our vehicles are registered and tested yearly.
